Located on the western foot of Turtle Hill, and on the south bank of Moon Lake, this legendary terrace was built during the 11th century in honor of a famous official of the State of Jin. Surrounded on three sides by water, the terrace provides some beautiful vistas of the surrounding scenery. The terrace has a small pavilion with an engraved wooden plaque, a Zither Hall that displays a guqin (an ancient Chinese zither-like instrument) and a wax museum that explains the legends of the site.
