~ Who we are?
Xue Bang Education is a company specializing in providing online English language training programs for language training institutions and public schools. Students range from 5 to 18. Many students are from 2nd and 3rd tier cities who seldom have the chance to communicate and study English with certified/professional teachers. To support our equal learning opportunity mission, we are seeking native English speakers for our program.

~ Who we need?
Full time and Part time NATIVE English teacher who come from The United Kingdom, The United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa.

~ Where to work?
Central Business District Office, Beijing

~ Job requirement?
1. Native speakers with standard American/British pronunciation;
2. BA Degree or above (Preferred)
3. Have online teaching experience; (Preferred)
4. Love working in an online teaching field;
5. At least two years' English teaching experience and teaching certificates such as TEFL, TESOL; (Preferred)
5.Good communication skills
6.Outgoing, enthusiastic with excellent interactive abilities;
7.Candidates who currently have a Z visa from China; (Preferred)

~ Working hours
Full-time: 9:00-18:00 /1:00-22:00 (8hr a day, 5 days a week, take 2 days off)
Part-time: Negotiable (Depends on your availability and class schedule)

~ Pay and conditions?
1. High class, cozy and fancy work place in the center of Central Business District;
2. Working visa / Foreign Expert Certificate for full time teacher if needed;
3. Salary: 15000 – 25000 RMB;
4. Company accommodation can be provided if needed, flight reimbursement for individuals coming from abroad, Chinese language classes (2 hours per week), team building activities and birthday parties etc.
5. Public Holiday, 5 days paid leave and 5 days sick leave during one year for full time English Teacher.
