Tolmao Group is looking for an experienced bilingual Project Manager with at least one-year previous experience working in an agency to join our multicultural team. He/She will be planning, managing and executing both design and development based projects. Tolmao Group is an integrated marketing agency that combines the traditional marketing tools with an innovative approach, creative thinking and a full understanding of the Chinese market.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage communication during the full project cycle with our customers
Understand Client’s Brand and the relevant marketing, assist with proposing the digital marketing solution
Handling budgets, managing project costs and invoicing clients by enforcing tightly our project and company processes
Pro-actively spotting new opportunities and client needs
Writing contact reports, proposal and present the ideas to the client.
Monitor the project process and make sure the project going smoothly.
Managing and coaching account executives
Your Position:

You report directly to the Project Supervisor and work closely together with the other Account Managers, as well as the Creative and Marketing Team.

Required Skills:

Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese

Bachelor degree and above
Ability to handle multiple tasks, responsibilities and timelines at the same time
Experience with at least 2 of the following; strategy, branding, social media, event marketing, web design and development
Comfortable in communicating with clients, managing expectations around budgets, risks and issues while being mindful of the goals and objectives
High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail
