Job description:

1.To answer customer calls,be familiar with the company properties database, proficiency in selection and pricing
2. To further development our company’s database of housing information, contact the landlords by telephone, to list property ads attractively, to add listings, maintaining the company's database
3. To prepare the paper work for your line manager, like make correct proposal, can prepare contract when needed,
4. Be responsible for sorting and archiving contracts and other relevant documents,
5. To fix appointments with landlords and clients for your manager, to arrangement your line manager’s schedule.
6. To provide after services to those clients who has signed contract with us.
7. To do supervision work to make sure the office is in good order and to provide good arrangement to business related issues during the manager’s absence in accordance with management authorization.
8. To interview job candidates and recruit new sales staff for company.
9. To keep making improvements wherever the efficiency can be enhanced in the office, to arrange issues in a highly efficient.
10. Adapt to working with different cultural backgrounds, make contributions to our sales team to achieve target
11. The excellent ones can get quick promotion in our company.

Job Requirements:
1. Chinese but no limitation to Chinese hukou.
2. Familiar with EXCELL, WORD, ppt, image processing and other office software;
3. Strong communication and organization skill
4. High proficiency level in both Chinese and English;
5. Highly responsible and in good teamwork spirit;
6. Good multi task processing ability.
7. Bachelor degree or above, relevant industry experience is preferred;
8. Hardworking and detail oriented.
9. Driving experience preferred
10. Familiar with real estate leasing and sales business processes;
