Responsibilities:

1. Understand all technical aspects of our various pieces of software
2. Help identify the cause of unknown problems
3. Provide technical support via email to customers
4. Provide trainings to general customer support staff
5. Provide live technical support (remotely) to customers
6. Create trouble-shooting guides for common issues customers are experiencing
7. Help software testers replicate bugs by properly organizing/filing/relaying information from customers

Work Permit Provided

Requirements:

1. Native English Speaker with Chinese language skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – impeccable English grammar
3. Ability to take complicated ideas and make them easily understandable
4. High level organizational skills- able to prioritize tasks, manage data and hit deadlines
5. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, Windows OS, MAC OS, LAN/WAN, VPN software, remote desktop tools,
6. Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and determine appropriate course of action based on result
7. Previous experience providing tech support in a fast-paced environment
