Responsibilities:
1.Perform the leading teacher role in the class
2.Responsible for developing lesson plans and adapting to students' English abilities
3.Teach kids English during the English class,corner time, outdoor activities time,etc
4.Help kids develop good personalities and habits
5.Organize activities (e.g.Halloween party, Christmas party,etc.)with Chinese teachers
6. Attending meetings, teacher training sessions and seminars

Qualifications:
1. Fluent oral English pronunciation required
2. Teaching experiece : Min. 1 year
3. TEFL Certificate or Higher ; Degree in any field
3.Enjoy staying with kids
4. Energetic, patient, responsible
5. Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
