China (Shenzhen) International Personnel Training Center (CIPTC) is a State-owned company that recruits Foreign Teachers for the Education Bureau in Shenzhen, China. We are a qualified company committed to the professional development of all of our staff and teachers and are currently in our sixth year of international education programs. More than 300 foreign employees are working on our behalf throughout the Shenzhen Area.

I．General Standard
Ideal applicants should be at between 30-55 years old, experienced TOEFL teacher with a degree, from English native speaking countries such as the United States, Britain, and Canada.
II．Package
Salary: 15000-18000
Housing: on campus apartment
Flight: 10000 flight bonus, paid in two halves
Holiday: Fully paid for one month winter holiday, all public holidays fully paid
Insurance: Accidental Insurance and National Social Insurance
Visa: Z visa and residence permit
Training: Monthly Professional Development Training and support from mentors
Chinese Class: Once a week, for free
Trips: Monthly one day trip
Other: Airport pickup service
