Job Purpose:
To contribute to the achievement of the Marketing teams’ objectives by providing creative graphic design solutions and other support for a wide range of activities and assets.
Duties:
• Providing design support for marketing and school initiatives, including advertisements, print and web publications, and other materials;
• Working with vendors and school departments to develop and produce marketing and promotional items, and managing the inventory and distribution of these items;
• Providing event planning and support, including pre-event materials and on-site event support;
• Assuring quality and effectiveness of materials, with regular reviews to identify areas for improvement;
• Data entry, presentation support, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills/qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar programme;
• At least two (2) years of proven professional design experience;
• Experienced in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, and Microsoft Office software;
• Fluency in both spoken and written English a must. Certificate of Intermediate English Interpretation is a plus.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task;
• Outgoing, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment;
• Willing to work some irregular hours, overtime, and some weekends;
• Knowledge of videography and/or photography would be an asset.
