RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Lead to develop marketing strategy,Product/marketing qualification and forecasting.
2.Conduct market research to analyze market trend, consumers' insight and competitors' strategies.
3.Conduct business analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of Advertising, Campaigns,PR,Social Media,Influencer,EDM.
4.Participate in the planning stage of creative thinking and copy writing, hot topics creative discussions.
5.Work closely with Cross-border E-commerce team(Amazon platform) to drive retail marketing.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
1.Working in marketing or brand management is a MUST, Experience in audio product category or know-how of E-commerce platform construction and operation is a plus.
2.Passionate to build brand from zero/little base.
3.Strong data analysis capability.
4. Think out of the box and positive, Good communication with strategic thinking.
5. Ability to work well under pressure with extreme attention to detail.
6.Bringing the brand to life.Great understanding of the USA markets is considered a great merit.
