岗位职责(Job Responsibility)：
1 Responsible for the selection of employee English training materials , deciding on training plans, overall-control and ensuring smooth-running of the whole process;
2 Assisting marketing department on business negotiation.
3 Assisting in consultion work for employee recruitment.
4 Improve employees'spoken English skills.

任职要求(Requirements)：
—College degree and above，those who's first language is English.
--Good English and computer skills.
--Related working experience in the international organization.
--Patient, careful, supportive. Has strong team work spirit.
