Job Duty
1. To work with the UK Operations department and be responsible for production and quality Control, which includes production planning, factory audits, implementing processes etc..
2. To follow and chase production timelines. Make sure the scheduled deliveries happen in time and meet the established quality standards.
3.To be assertive with suppliers and proactive in problem solving.
4.To monitor and track issues and present solutions.
5.To manage the QC team effectively. Make sure the checks are happening and QC stages are being completed correctly.
6. To communicate with UK & China team effectively to arrange logistic and payments.

Qualifications
1. 6 years of mobile phone project management experience, and 4 years mega project operation and management experience.
2. Familiar with products, understand the QC & IQC processes involved and each stage of mass production.
3. Proactive in problem solving and decision making.
4. Good management skills.
5. Good organization and negotiation skills.
6. Priority of admission if technic support is available (have relevant research and development capabilities and experience)
7. English as working language
