Company Introduction
Ling Yu Tang is a member of Peng En Culture Group. The company runs 3 facilities in Shanghai for children from 0 to 6 and provides early learning services. In order to achieve higher quality of service, we have a full-time teaching position open.

Position: Full-time teacher, weekends off

Salary range: 15K or more depending on qualification and experience

Responsibilities:
1.Ready to follow the Montessori Education Theory and keep up with current early learning trends, able to put ideas into practice.
2.Good learning abilities to achieve higher teaching quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Daily communication and teaching in English, help children to be familiar with an English-speaking environment.
4. Plan, organize and deliver classes, games and other activities according to the current curriculum.
5. Being responsible for safety in classes, actively prevent potential accidents, especially when classes are taken outdoor.
6.Participate in other activities including the design and making of learning tools (toys, pictures, etc.)
7.Join other employees in daily contact with the parents and provide feedback.
8. Participate in occasional marketing projects (Annual parent meetings, holiday parties, etc) if needed

Requirements:
1.Excellent command of oral English without heavy accent, native speaker preferred, however good speaking English will suffice
2.A lot of patience around children and a caring attitude
3.Passionate about early learning and kids
4. Being able to work in one of two possible locations in Pudong District depending on class schedule. The transit takes a maximum of 30 min by subway (4 stops apart), a driver will help taking you to the subway stations.
