Detailed Responsibilities 1. Fulfilling teaching tasks as required by our Company;
2. Taking class notes for every class;
3. Emailing all parents for students’ evaluation once a month, frequently talk with parents and students to improve teaching quality, collect feedback and answer their question in a polite and patience manner;
4. Work with TAs to deliver lesson plans according to Starbugs-defined curriculum;
5. Attending teachers’ meeting and participating various activities required by the Company;
6.Cover other teacher’s class when they are on leave
Job Requirement
1.Standard English without local accent;
2.Bachelor or above, major in Education related preferred;
3.Holding teaching certificate such as ESL, TESOL , TEFL or US or Canada certified Teacher's License preferred;
4.Enough English teaching experience in Kindergarten or elementary level with teaching qualify acknowledged by prior employers or students;
5.Passion for Teaching;
6.Excellent communication skills, a self-starter and learner;
7.Responsible, cooperative, disciplined and professional;
Basic mandarin and understanding of Chinese culture.
