Job responsibilities:
Teaching affairs director (larger ningbo )
A) Staff recruitment
• Interview teaching candidates to assess compatibility with company’s requirements and ensure that company's foreign teacher headcount is met (recruitment activities to be updated weekly)

B) Customer satisfaction
• Provide hands-on quality control to ensure complete customer satisfaction. (Positive feedback from customers regarding teaching and students' progress and no loss of customers due to dissatisfaction with teaching affairs)

C) Teaching and programme development
• Develop / adapt academic programs for pre-school and primary school learners as required by the company

D) Management and support
(Schedules, agendas, minutes , reports, teacher evaluation forms, video assessments, class/ student portfolios etc to be submitted)
• Provide continuous training and support for both new and experienced teachers.
• Assign team work schedules and ensured cross functional team collaboration.
• Lead weekly team meetings to keep staff updated on school performance.
• Participate in conferences and other events as required by company

Benefits:
18k plus housing 2k plus 4K for leadership duties = 24k but he has to work 5.5 days a week
10 month contract
Other allowance like flight reimbursement etc provided and negotiable
Children of staff get free tuition at the kindergarten (2 years old to 6 years old)

Requirements:
Must have teaching experience and leadership qualities (good attitude and communication skills)
Bachelor degree or above
