Purchasing & Business Assistant
(Employee will trained in Shanghai for at least 6-12 months then expat to London for long terms based)

Key activities:
1. To actively support purchasing/logistic team with administrative duties
2. Coordinate foreign customer visits, conferences and promotion events
3. Maintain and update UK to China shipping and deliveries
4. Participate in quote and proposal preparation
5. Maintenance of master data creation of sales transactions, such as confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), master service agreement (MSA), request for information (RFI), request for proposal (RFP), etc.
6. Work closely with the managing team, Group Leaders to deliver client specific needs (deadlines, notebook, project updates, shipment tracking, etc)
7. PR British Government & British Brands
8. Opportunity to based in London in the future

Requirements:
1. British or Anglo-Saxon citizenship plus
2. Trading or logistic industry is preferred
3. Great communication skills in English, positive and pleasant personality
4. Must be a self-starter and able to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment
5. High competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Graduating students are welcomed
