Duties for Teachers:
1. Provide the students a pure English environment to learn and speak.
2. Lead to finish each class’s task according to the given class’s schedule.
3. Enable the students to communicate with what has been taught and help
them to grasp the key knowledge.
4. Introduce an authentic cultural environment to the students.
5.Give necessary feedback and report to the manager.

Qualities Needed:
1. Fluent English and authentic accent!
2. Positive and active attitute to the job.
3. Responsibility, patience and punctuality to the job, especially with the children.
4. Age from 20-year-old to 40-year-old is acceptable.
5. Both international students at school and employees are okay.
6. Teaching experiences would be better, but not necessary!
7. Working place will be in Xi’an.
