Our London office is looking for a motivated, ambitious and client-focused Key Account Manager who is keen to embrace this position managing two of Swedbrand’s largest accounts. You will be busy servicing these clients, building strong relationships and managing projects from beginning to end. Anticipating client needs, proactively delivering solutions and being a source of knowledge for your clients at a day-to-day basis.

This is a 6-month position to cover for maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

• Increasing revenue with the client
• Identify opportunities for the brand/s
• Negotiate order quantities and prices
• Agree sales prices in line with cost price and company margin
• Identify trends and key sales opportunities
• Arrange customer meetings to discuss existing business and present new developments, overseeing any action points through to completion.
• Oversee all account activity; ensuring the account is supported throughout all stages of the critical path
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and service
• You have impressive communication skills and are highly empathic
