Location: Wuhan, Hubei Province, China
Responsibilities:
• Shares in the responsibility for planning, preparing and implementing stimulating, age-appropriate activities using our philosophy as a guideline.
• Creative play and plan for activities that recognize children’s individual difference through observation.
• Act as a role model and display appropriate behavior and guide them in positive behaviors.
• Ensure children’s environment is healthy and safe.
• Keep positive relationships with parents.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree, plus a National Teacher Certificate or TEFL certificate
• 2 years of teaching experience in the educational fields (public schools, private schools or training centers), experience with children from age 2-6 is preferred.
• English native speaker or hold the bachelor degree issued by English speaking countries
• Major in Education or relevant area is preferred
• Live Scan Certificate.
• Act as a role model using appropriate behavior.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of our childcare team, facilitating a team environment through personal behavior, work contributions and the sharing of expertise and knowledge.

Salary: RMB 10,000-15,000 monthly (approximately $1,560 - $2,340 U.S.D.)

Benefits:
1. Holidays: Fully paid 11 days for Chinese public holidays
2. Airfare allowance: The employer agrees to reimburse the employee for the expense of a round trip airline ticket from home country and Wuhan, China throughout the contract. The maximum amount that shall be paid by the employer is RMB 10,000 ($1,560 U.S.D.).
