1、Strong ability to improve individual machining processes to in turn and reduce machining MHRS, increase work efficiency and reduce rework.
2、Strong focus on quality.
3、Ability to create and standardize shop procedure；technical documents and training material. Strong ability to effectively train shop personnel.
4、Strong ability to manage and control shop waste and reduce overall cost.
5、Management, Maintenance and Organization of Machine shop resource, including
Equipment, Tooling, Consumables, Cranes, Work Environment etc.

Qualifications:
1、Strong ability to read, write, understand technical English.
2、Ability to inspect, evaluate and measure the quality of the machining work performed.
