Job Description:
1.Be part of the building or remodeling process from beginning to end
2.Creation, presentation and implementation of design concepts according to a client's spatial needs and wants.
3.Create plans for a space; take into account interior construction, structural design, color schemes, ventilation, lighting and furnishings.
4.Project research, concept development, client presentations,sales consultations and implementation management.
5.Specialize in designing and building interiors for safety, functionality and aesthetics.
6.Interact with different clients, additional architects or designers, construction teams and inspectors.
7.Responsible for organizing the procurement of necessary materials, such as ventilation equipment, fixtures, furnishings, furniture and decorative items.

Qualifications
1.Strong written, oral and visual communication skills.Good interpretation of verbal instructions and suggestions.
2.Creative within the constraints of a budget.
3.Knowledge about incorporating construction features(including plumbing, electrical and other mechanicals) into the designs.
4.Excellent knowledge of computer design software (including AutoCAD) and illustration techniques is a must.
5 Team-oriented attitude, an attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
6.Familiarity with building codes and design standards is also required.
7.Understanding for the durability and strength of building materials, but also be skilled in the use of light, color and textures in a space.
8.Least a bachelor's degree in interior architecture with 1 year plus working experience.
