Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher

Responsibilities:
1. Teaching kindergarten class, planning lesson activities and preparing materials based on the provided curriculum
2. Building individual learning plan for each child in the class and maintaining their learning profiles
3. Prepare weekly student reports
4. Manage overall class issues and the other teachers in the class and delegate work properly
5. Meeting parents regularly or as needed
6. Organizing weekly outdoor activities and seasonal events
7. Continuously improving teaching quality

Class size:
- Max. 15 children, co-teaching with 1 bilingual teacher and 1 life assistant

Working Hours:
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
- Weekends off, Chinese public holidays, winter/summer holiday

Remuneration:
- 17,000 - 20,000 RMB/month after tax
- Free lunch provided
- Round trip airfare allowance
- Working visa

Start Day:
- Looking for 2 teachers, 1 ASAP and 1 in Aug
- 2 - 3 year contract

Requirement:
- Love kids!
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Early Childhood Education or related
- English native speaker
- Minimum 2 years kindergarten home-room teacher experience
- TESOL/TEFL certificate
- Fonder of experiential learning/teaching
- Positive, patient, caring, and self-motivated
