Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist team with market research
• Identify suppliers and evaluate their capability from commercial and technical points of view (including Request for Information from the suppliers)
• Indicative price collection and clarification
• Coordinate/manage supplier through strong personal interaction and communication
• Admin assistance for the procurement team, including logistics arrangement for the business trip, etc.
• Other relevant tasks

Requirements

• Strong teamwork spirit
• Good English and with at least one of the following 2nd languages (spoken and written)
o Polish (preferred)
o Thai
o Hindi
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Fast-learner, energetic, proactive, highly motivated
• Ability to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines
• Care and carefulness
• Versatile, ability to multitask, team player, balanced world view
• Internship experience in sourcing/procurement is a bonus
