Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist team with market research
• Identify suppliers and evaluate their capability from commercial and technical points of view (including Request for Information from the suppliers).
• Coordinate/manage supplier through strong personal interaction and communication.
• Admin assistance for the procurement team, including logistics arrangement for the business trip, etc.
• Other tasks as required by the company.

Requirements

• Strong teamwork spirit
• Good English and Polish language skills (spoken and written)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Fast-learner, energetic, proactive, highly motivated
• Ability to handle pressure and work with tight deadlines
• Care and carefulness
• Versatile, ability to multitask, team player, balanced world view
• Work experience as sourcing merchandiser is a bonus.
