Kiddie English Training Center Yangzhou Branch.
Our center is located in Yangzhou city, Jiangsu province, China. Kiddie English is from America. We focuses on English teaching to Chinese students between 2 and 12 years old. Our teaching courses are including Pre-Kindergarten, Preschool, Junior Kindergarten, Private Kindergarten, and After School English courses. We will provide the curriculum and teaching materials to teachers.
- Class maximum is 10 students. One Chinese teaching assistant will help foreign teacher in class.
- English class length is normally 1 hour, and 1.5 hour for weekend. Daycare course is mainly managed by Chinese teachers. Foreign teacher has a course of half an hour for daycare course.
- Contract term: 1 year, and the first month is Probation including.
- Working hours: 35hrs, including 25 teaching hours and 10 office hours weekly. If weekly teaching hour is under 25 hours due to the insufficient amount of lessons provided by the school, no deduction shall be taken from the teacher’s salary.
- Salary: RMB15,000, including RMB13,800 basic salary and RMB1,200 housing allowance. RMB 14,000 (RMB12,800 basic + RMB1,200 housing) for probation period.
- Payday: 10th of each following month, not in advance.
- Airfare reimbursement: RMB5,000 after completing this one-year contract.
- Paid holiday: 11 days of government holidays, 1 day of Christmas, 5 days annual leave, 3 days sick leave.
