We are hiring on behalf of an International Private School is a 50-50 English and Chinese bilingual school offering inclusive, explorative, and holistic learning opportunities to the diverse communities in Shanghai two campuses (Lujiazui and Kangqiao).

We are seeking:
Five Early Childhood Educator (Foreign)

Position Description
The classroom Foreign Teacher works together with the classroom Chinese Teacher to co-design developmentally appropriate learning activities and experiences that are aligned with both our school’s standards and the students’ interests, engage in ongoing observations to inform planning, and foster a safe and caring environment that respects each member of the team, including staff, students, and families.
Working Time: Full time, 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday
Two Location: Pudong, Shanghai
Lujiazui District and Kangqiao District

Requirements
• Must hold at minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as, but not limited to, Early Childhood Development or Early Education from an
English language university (government requirement for work visa)
• Credentials/certificates are preferred, but not required
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Minimum of 2 years early childhood teaching experience in home country or
international school setting
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices, differentiated inclusive education, early childhood development, and early childhood education
• Clear criminal record
• Must hold an international passport; candidates must also be from a Native English speaking country (government requirement for work visa)
