Duties:

Business to Business Customer Interaction

Customer Development through online communication

Order entry

Order analysis and critical thinking

Customer service

Attend training to learn full scope of Hooker Furniture ordering systems, products, and policy

Provide training and instructions to Chinese customers

Some translation from English to Mandarin as needed

Requirements:

Mandarin and English fluency

Internet competency

Email familiarity and ability to communicate clearly in written English through email

Wechat- ability and willingness to communicate with customers frequently through wechat

Valid Chinese passport, US visa a plus

Willingess to travel 30+ days a year, potential travel to the US for 11 days 2 x a year

Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time

Organized and detail oriented
