Directly answering to the Marketing Director

Job description:
1. Sales Account Management
Commission on sales open to discussion
• Follow-up customers’ orders /accounts: make sure of the good process (customer request– fabric order – production and delivery schedule…)
• Update customer database

2. Brand Marketing Management
• Gather and analyze customers feedback and report to the marketing and creative team.
• Introduce properly our brand and values to new customers (tradeshows, showrooms…)
• Work alongside Marketing Director in the development and implementation of our Brand: support, communication, PR strategies…

Skills
• At least 2 years' experience in similar position
• Chinese native
• Fluent in English (able to communicate by email and over the phone with overseas customers)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Chinese and English)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Sense of fashion and style
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in fashion and garment production is a plus.
• Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge is a plus
• Enthusiastic about our product
• Motivated and team player

Second job:
Fashion designer assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Fabric, trimming and accessories sourcing according to the designer request and trends forecast (need to go Zhongda market around once a week).
• Sample / production follow-up: according to the designer drawing and instructions, make sure of the good process of the sample development with pattern cutters then with machinists.
• Online trend and forecast researches
• Data entry / fabric order / clothe order: update the excel files of the different orders coming in day after day.
• Technical drawings / technical sheet set up
• Translation: facilitate the communication in between designer and technicians
• Fabric card, trims, fabrics archiving / keep the workplace organized and clear.

SKILLS

• Native Chinese
• Fluently English spoken & writing
• Familiar with Zhongda fabric / accessory markets is a plus.
• Sourcing aptitude for fabric, accessories and trimming (able to contact factories, go shopping to market according to a specific request...)
• University graduation degree or above
• Knowledge of garment construction is a plus
• Microsoft office knowledge, especially excel.
• Good communication skill, active & responsible, can work under pressure.
• Organized, Independent, motivated and fast learner
