Job Title:
Seeking Talent with highly motivated self driven and experienced in techno commercial sales professionals to join us as a country sales manager

Job Purpose:
As a country sales Manager, To handle sales in specific region, specifically, BD and Sales in its entirety for a specific region in order to improve the Sales of TPI's products at a competitive global scenario to make TPI a robust and globally renowned supplier of Tubes, Strips and Tubular Components

Responsibility of Country Manager:

1.Responsible for TPI's Business growth in the regions
2.Responsible for new & OEM business Development
3.Responsible for techno commercial sales
4.Responsible for annual revenue targets
5.Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales life cycle
6.Provide consultative solutions sales process to prospectus
7.Conduct One to One group sales presentations
8.Provide account management to the existing clients
9.Responsible for tracking customer information, Forecast and reports
10.Maintain the customer list based on strategic marketing data and other source for sales lead
11.Responsible for co-ordination with the HO for all technical,Commercial,Administrative and legal assistance
12.Responsible for understanding competitor movement and formulation of counter strategy

Accountability:

1.Responsible for achieving all company set objectives.
2.To ensure the sales turn over and cost target in the short, Medium and long term and achieves agreed profit targets to TPI
3.To formulate sales strategy and achieve targets, 4.Responsible for regular planning of Turn over and sales figure and ensures that the monthly target figures of the company are laid down in the annual business plan
5.Should be sharp in the analyzing the need for improvement according to the market study and submit proposals to the management,Manages the stock level and release new orders.
6.Maximize sales and ensure customer focus is prioritized at all times.& Maintaining an excellent reputation for the brand

Education:

BE / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) or Any Technical Qualification Equivalent to Engineering

Experience:

10 to 14 Years Experience in Techno Commercial sales from TIER 1/ OEM / Tube Companies

Threshold Skills:

1.International Business
2. Strategy & Concept formulation & Implementation for New market penetration
3. Customer relationship management
4. Commercials &Pricing; 5. Supply Chain Management
6. Strong leadership with contacts in senior level leadership.
7. Solution selling experience
