Responsibilities
1. Improving the assessment accuracy and authority of 8 Level test by writing speaking test and online test questions;
2. Managing the creative process and the continuous improvement of the ENGLISH Training product;
3. Helping to raise the consumer awareness of the English 8 Level evaluation standard by helping to design and execute publicity events through various media;
4. Managing the production of professional tailor-made lessons and ensuring the quality of the product by Contributing to the development and testing of customized content for specific markets/clients;
5. Management (and involvement in the creative process) of the online system - tests, downloadable training content, audio, video and student uploads;
6. Managing the schedules for product development tasks and helping the team meet deadlines;
7. Managing the observations of trainers to gauge success of training material;
8. Occasional teaching (especially in the initial three months to familiarize yourself to the training system).

Requirements
1. At least one year experience in full-time ESL/ELT materials development.
2. Experience in teaching adults
3. Bachelor’s degree in English, linguistics, TESOL, or any other related field
4. At least 3 years of experience in teaching English and one or more years of management experience

Preferred
1. CELTA + 5 years’ experience OR
2. MA TESOL or Applied Linguistics with 3 years’ experience OR
3. TESOL Diploma with 3 years’ experience
4. Business management Experience in an industry outside of English teaching
5. Experience as a corporate trainer.
