Job description:
To assist the DOR/FOM in all aspects related to the Hotel operation, especially:
1.Do as a hotel ambassador, welcome and see off guests warmly all the time.
2.Assist Front Desk clerks if necessary.
3.Provide accurate, high efficient consultant service.
4.Promote hotel facilities and other services.
5.Collect guest feedback and make a good action if necessary. Finish the logbook.
6.VIP. Assist GSM to welcome VIP.
7.English training for hotel staff.
8.Finish other work that would have been given by the superiors.
