We are seeking teachers with proficiencies in the following subject areas:
• Biology or/and Chemistry: Intro Life Science, Biology, AP Biology, and Chemistry

Duties:
• Planning, preparing and delivering up to 24 lessons a week
• Teaching according to the educational needs, abilities, and achievement of the students
• Assigning, correcting and marking work carried out by your students
• Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress, attainment and behavior of the students
• Promote the general growth and well-being of your students
• Provide guidance and advice to the students on educational and social matters
• Communicating, consulting and cooperating with other members of the school staff
• Reviewing and evaluating one’s teaching and learning strategies, methodologies, and programs
• Maintaining good order and discipline amongst students under your care and safeguarding their health and safety at all times
• Conducting experiments in labs to allow your students to get hands-on experience

Requirements:
• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree
• a teaching license or certificate
• an individual with a sense of responsibility and duty with an understanding of the influence teachers have on young adults
• Outgoing and energetic personality

Suggested but not required:
• US high school teaching experience
• some understanding of Chinese culture
• experience teaching abroad
