Job Title： MTS Sales Engineer

Report to: MTS Manager- North/South

Department: Machine Tool Solution

Issued by: Machine Tool Solution Director-North Asia

Responsibilities:

Maintain and expand business in existing international MTM/A/D customers 现有机床制造商/代理商/分销商资源的维护及业务量扩展
Develop new international MTM/A/D customers 开发新的机床制造商/代理商/分销商客户
Co-ordinate other departments when doing MI project 组织协调相关部门，支持机床投资项目
Support Engineering Soluation department when necessary 支持工艺方案部门
Support Sales when doing the enduser project 支持销售部的最终用户项目
Feedback the useful information about MTS project, customer and competitor to MTS Manager and Regional Sales Manager if necessary 汇报机床制造商的项目信息，客户反馈，和竞争对手信息给MTS经理和地区销售经理
Report to MTS Manager monthly on the activities and actions of his(her) MTM/A/D customers 搜集机床制造商/代理商/分销商客户的活动计划，定期汇报给直线经理
Other tasks requested by supervisor 经理分配的其它相关工作

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering industry 机械工程类本科及以上学历
Minimum 3 years experience in metalworking or mechanical engineering industry concepts 三年以上金属切削或机械加工经验
Know the marching process well and have the ability to make time study 熟练掌握机械工艺方案并懂得工艺节拍分析
Ability to use the mechanical drawing software, such as Auto-CAD,etc 熟练使用机械制图软件，如Auto-CAD等
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通能力，热情开朗
Good command of the English language and PC skills 英语四级以上，具备一定的听说写能力

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
