Job description:
1. Deliver pre-job and CPD training process to teachers.
2. Liaison with teacher recruiters to do TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and provide timely feedback on training needs to training schedule and course development.
3. Apply training to teachers. Be responsible for quality control and submit relevant reports.
4. Be in charge of teaching workshop planning and organizing for teachers and teaching supervisors.
5. Develop and update training materials. Organize and participate in teaching workshops.
6. Participate in scheduled meetings.
7. Complete other assigned tasks by supervisor.

Job requirements:
1. Excellent abilities in English speaking, bachelor degree or above
2. Overall more than 3 year in teacher training, mentoring or coaching or other relevant subjects. Priority comes to those with previous English teaching, material development or course development experience.
3. Outgoing, self-motivated and creative
4. One who is familiar with training area will get priority.
