Job Responsibilities:
1、Brand strategy programming and brand system construction for North American Market, keep pace with company’s development strategy;
2、Accurately grasp the company' brand positioning, able to programme flexible according to the market demand and changes, regional characteristics and marketing information;
3、Developing and implementing brand marketing strategy, as well as regional coverage and promotion plan;
4、Establishing and maintaining good relationship with the government, media, industry associations and other public , to set up a good brand image;
5、Responsible for dealers development, regional distribution, preparatory work for the North American market.
6、Collecting marketing information and customer feedback, offering proposals for specific markets, specific industries and product improvement .


Job Requirements:
1、Familiar with North American motorcycles, all terrain vehicle industry status;
2、The locals living in the States, in-depth understanding for the target sales market and brand operation, also with experience of the relevant industry and customer resources, if also have good social relationship will be preferred;
3、Familiar with the industry product sales, have a unique view of marketing, with work experience in this industry. Marketing director at Bombardier, Polaris, Honda, Yamaha 's will be preferred.
4、Familiar with international business operations, as well as controlling the business risk.
