Job Description:
1. Prepare carefully before class
2. Lesson planning, occasional student evaluation and feedback
3. Teach English in class of 8-20 students , ranging from 4 years to 18 years.
4. Be able to teach Phonics, New Concept English, Side by Side , and so on.
Requirements：
1. Be honest and integrity
2. Bachelor degree,with TEFL(CELTA/TESOL) is preferred
3. Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Ireland or New Zealand is preferred
4. Experienced in English teaching with proven record
5. Old Minhang (Jianchuan road, Huaning road) nearby is prefered
6. Be nice with kids.
