Job Description
1、Lead, in close cooperation with the school principal in the coordination of the school’s outstanding internal and external achievements;
2、Take a major role in the day-to-day running of all affairs relating to teaching and deal with any contingency situation;
3、Contribute to a positive ethos for teaching and learning;
4、Contribute to developing an exciting, stimulating, and creative curricular and extracurricular program;
5、Plan and coordinate examinations, both internal and external;
6、Provide monitoring of current teaching staff and conduct teaching evaluation and teaching quality control. Assist HQ with the appointment and induction of new teaching staff;
7、Advise on the school’s resource needs and support coordinating these resources;
8、Undertake any reasonable activities that improve the school’s standards;
9、Promote the mission, values, and achievements of the school to all stakeholders of the school and partake all activities that facilitate school development including student recruitment;
10、Participate in the teaching program, providing some lessons in English/IELTS.

Position Requirements
1、Familiar with A-level and CIE curriculum system;
2、Related master degree or above;
3、At least two years related teaching and school management experience(original related working reference letters of two years or above are required );
4、British Teachers preferred, other English native speakers with good teaching experience are welcome（American, Canadian, Australian, New Zealanders、Irish）.

Salary&Benefits;
1、Salary: RMB 20,000/month—RMB 23,000/month.Excellent conditions may be negotiated;
2、Accommodation: on-campus free accommodation or accommodation allowance of RMB 2,000 will be provided;
3、Vacation Payment：basic salary during winter and summer vacations;
4、Flight Ticket: round-trip ticket allowance( after one academic year and continue with this school );
5、Work Visa: assist teachers with work visa application;
6、Contract Period：September 2017 to July 2019;
7、Position: a full-time schedule of 40 working hours per week, which includes
a) maximum twenty 45-minute teaching periods per week;
b) ECA activities;
c) one or two evening tutorial lessons per week;
d) other activities that facilitate school development.
8、Class size: about 20 students per class, students age: around 16 years old;
9、Office Time: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm;
10、Work Location: Fengxian District, Shanghai.
