We are currently looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our innovative, growing company.

In this role, the Recruiting Specialist will work on various clients across the UK/Canada/United State. We are looking for go-getters that can combine an aggressive sales approach with a thorough understanding of the Internet, social media applications and technology.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to succeed in a fun, lively, fast-paced and ever changing atmosphere! The ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet definite deadlines is a necessity. This candidate must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a sales-minded personality to effectively develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates. High productivity will be expected and required in order to work effectively in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
The Recruiting Specialist will:
• Understand the required profile for the program you are supporting
• Promote SBC’s image and brand to the candidate group
• Complete references, pre-screens candidates
• Support and facilitates group and behavioral interviews
• Help to manages a candidate pool in the recruiting life cycle
• Deliver the required tasks in a reasonable time frame
• Manages and reacts to urgent requirements
• Research new sources for candidates

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years Recruiting experience
• Knowledge of Employment Laws and Recruiting Best Practices
• Retail sales, call centers, outside sales experience desired
• Event or promotions agency experience a plus
• Proficient with Internet search engines & social networking
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic
• Highly articulate, accurate and attentive to detail
• Enjoys talking to new people - Not afraid to cold-call
• Enjoys finding creating ways to connect with target talent
• Goal oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Strong networking abilities
• Working knowledge of email and Microsoft Office Suite
