1. Check the translations for Magzine
2. Assist the manager to make some interview
3. Check the translations for all the english documents、catalogues and other brochures for HEUVAN.
4. Participate in the reception of all the foreign and important customers of HEUVAN
5. Search and collect the potential customer’s information for HEUVAN.
6. Assist the manager to prepare and attend the domestic and international fairs to promote HEUVAN’s products
7. Assist the manager to develop overseas customers by all means. Keep in close contact with customers actively and timely to get orders. Achieve the company’s sales performance target.
8. Coordinate with all departments in the company with effective communication and cooperation. Follow up and trace the whole process of foreign trade order execution, including from quotation, sampling, pp samples packaging design approval, formal PO signing, production process control and quality control, delivery, payment, mails etc
9. Arrange the domestic and overseas business trip per company’s requirement
10. Organize some english training for colleagues
11. Assist manager to built the department culture, like: Gathering some party, attend some salon and etc.
12. Some other daily work.
