Benefits:
- 25 days of vacation/holidays per year.

- Teachers can choose to work 22-25 teaching hours per week with a salary of 13000-15000 RMB per month.
- Requires on average 8 hours in-office Lesson planning/training per week.

requirements:
1. We invite passionate, qualified and committed ESL teachers;
2. Bachelor’s degree or above;
3. Native English speaker;
4. CELTA or other equivalent TEFL/TESOL certification;
5. Minimum of 2 years teaching experiences.

Core Responsibilities:
Apply appropriate knowledge in order to plan and prepare teaching materials for a total immersion program.
Helping students improve their English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
Introducing cultural aspects to students;
Checking and assessing students' work and progress;
Attending GLV functions and events;

In addition, we are look for teachers who can:
1) Implement effective and inclusive teaching and learning processes to establish a challenging learning environment in which students are
encouraged to work towards attainment of their English potential.
2) Communicate effectively with students including the use of appropriate interpersonal skills, and the ability to plan and apply appropriate behavior management strategies that contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive and positive learning environment.
