英语教师工作职责

1. Conduct pre-training analysis on associates’ English level
酒店全体员工英语水平分析。
2. Develop training materials on different function topics according to associates’ English levels
根据员工不同的英语水平设计培训主题及培训素材。
3. Make full schedules for English Training classes for different level of team members.
为不同水平的员工制定全面的英语培训计划。
4. Deliver training in various forms to small group of associates on daily basis.
针对不同的培训对象组织多样的日常英语培训。
5. Conducting assessment, collect feedback from associates and guests to measure training result.
针对英语培训,收集学员反馈及顾客反馈,对培训效果进行评估。
6. Weekly training feedback and monthly training report.
每周英语培训反馈及月度英语培训报告。
7. Be familiar with and comply with all regulations and policies of Employee Handbook.
熟悉并遵守酒店规章制度以及员工手册

Guest Relation Manager
宾客关系经理

1. Most of the times station at the lobby to greet guests.
利用大部分时间在酒店大堂区域问候客人。
2. Guest Relations Manager is responsible for receiving and escorting all VIP’s and ensuring that they feel comfortable and welcome on arrival to hotel.
客户关系经理要负责重要客人的迎领工作。要确保重要客人抵达酒店时感觉舒适并受到了热情的欢迎。
3. Ensure at all times maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition to all guests along with Carlson CLUB members, VIPs, and repeat guests, and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
确保最大限度上满足客人的需求,卡尔森会员及重要贵宾从到达至离开酒店期间,为客人提供个性化服务,使客户满意。
4. Ensure and oversee that the Guest Relations Officer and Lobby Ambassador’s shift procedures/duties are completed on time and are procedurally correct.
客户关系经理要负责监督客户关系主任和大堂使者及时准确地完成本职的日常工作。
5. Bid farewell to every corporate guest and all VIPs upon their departures.
与每一位团队客人和VIP客人离店时道别。
6. Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity.
随时以友好的态度与客人打招呼,为客人提供帮助,尽量称呼客人的姓名。
7. Meets and escorts arriving VIPs and bids farewell upon their departure.
迎接并陪同抵达的重要客人,在客人离店时应向客人道别。
