Tianjin Hoidi Group Co., Ltd. is hiring young talents from all over the world to have an internship at our company. Currently we are looking for young talents who have academic background and working experience in International Business, Trade, or Marketing to come and join our International Department team.

In order to do that, we are looking for young, capable and motivated people from around the world to help us together realizing company's dreams and channeling your skills into a greater extent. Currently there are 4 different nationalities working in our International Department team, and we are thriving to have more.

Company will provide things that included for the interns:
1. Monthly salary as much as 3,500 Yuan per month and bonuses if the intern could realize some investment deals. The living cost in the area is much cheaper than in Beijing or other famous cities in China (or in the other Employment Ad that you might find). There is a kitchen in the house so that interns don’t need to go out to have meals and save some amount of the salary. The salary is before tax, but only that. The tax is considerably low. Especially for interns, you don’t need to cut your salary for baoxian fei or insurance which is expensive-er. Note this, the salary for full-time employment after the internship period is negotiable. We’re all ears.
2. Accommodation flat (worth to 8,000 Yuan per month of accommodation, 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms; shared with other international co-workers only). The accommodation is really worth, especially for those have been studying in China and live in student dormitories, finally you will have your own living room..! And of course we do housekeeping by our self, if you’re wondering. There will be no a-yi doing that for us. Not to mention the accommodation apartments/flat is quite strategic. There is Tesco Supermarket just across the building, a tiyuchang stadium, nearby fresh market and of course, gyms.
3. Shuttle car (go and back from office). A little ride in daily routine. The distance is just 10 minutes away, so you might consider that when comparing the working environment in big cities which we have to at least spend 2 hours only for commuting, right? Yes.
4. Lunch at company's canteen. Well, actually we can do 3-times meal in the company’s cafeteria, but that if you really fond of “cafeteria foods”, you know what I mean? Especially for our Chinese colleagues, they take every meals at the canteen, really shengqian 省钱 isn’t it?

Interns qualifications:
1. HSK IV or V Chinese capability, third or fourth language ability are a plus. Daily working language is English, but when we’re meeting with the boss or other company leaders, we’d better get ready and switch the ‘language mode’.
2. Creative. This is because everything you will face here might be out of your expectations. So, when the challenges come, embrace it and be creative.
3. Working experiences. Though we are looking for interns, if you have working experiences related or not to the internship work, we will consider you as priority candidate.
4. Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Investment, Marketing, or other business-related.
5. Strong communication skills. As we might require you to reach contacts when doing the works.

Internship details:
1. 3-6 months of working time. Please do take the time arrangement of yourself as the first concern. We are looking for someone who are fit to do both internship and full-time work after, of course there will be performance assessment before the full-time employment decision is made.
2. Working hours: 8.30 am – 5 pm working arrangement. Note, in Summer we adjust the working arrangement from 8.30 am – 5.30 pm.
3. Located at Tianjin Economic Development Area （天津经济技术开发区）, Tanggu District, Tianjin, close to Tianjin Port and China-Singapore Eco City. The area is less crowded than other China’s major cities. But still closer to Beijing as we can reach the Capital with gaotie.
4. Job description is to assess marketing, business and trading opportunities in your own country that available for business realization for the company. The nature of this company is to do analysis, the work will based on information searching, discussing with other colleagues, and submit reports directly to our laoban, the President of Hoidi Group.
5. Company will require interns to have a full time work at the office, leave for absence required in advance. This especially for someone is working on thesis writing, you can come to work at the day, and do your thesis after work. We will not pressure you as we also had other interns with same conditions before.
