Job description
1-Manage daily social content based on calendar for product launch/updates, marketing and PR. 日常内容输送
2-Run regular social promotions and campaigns and analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness.活动运营
3-Manage the deep-dive presence and interactions in social platforms and build up engagement of Kika fans.粉丝运营
4-Proactively engage in discussions surrounding our content, products, and brand. 圈内互动
5-Monitor relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and industry. 社媒监测
6-Profile and facing management. 品牌标识
7-Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.

Requirements
1-Minimum of University degree in the areas of public relations, communications, business administration, international business, journalism or law 本科以上学位、PR／营销／商业／法律类专业
2-Highly fluent written, oral and interpersonal skills in English. Mandarin skill is plus. 熟练的英文口头、书面表达。会中文更佳。
3-In-depth knowledge and solid experience (3 yrs+)of Social Media operation深度理解社会化媒体、3年以上相关经验
4-Excellent communicator and creative thinker沟通能力、创新思维
5-Self-initiative team player with the confidence to take lead.主动性强、有自信及领导力
