INTRODUCTION--
A public university in Xiamen, Fujian Province is looking for foreign teachers to teach professional Civil Engineering courses, including:
。 Civil Engineering Materials
。 Engineering Project Management
。 Engineering Economics
。 Construction of Civil Engineering.

DETAILS--
School type: Public University
Office hour: 4 hours/week
Class size: around 40 students
Student age: 20-22 years old
Teaching Workload: around 16 classes/week
Starting date: September, 2016
Contract: Full time, one-year (ten months) contract

Qualifications--
• a native English speaker
• with a Master's degree or above in relevant academic areas
• a TESOL/TEFL certificate or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years or more teaching experience preferred

Salary and Benefits--
• Competitive Salary + Bonus
• Travel allowance: 8,000 RMB
• Housing available in Campus or Housing allowance of 2,000 RMB per month
• Paid Winter holidays + Summer holiday allowance
• 4 days paid sick leave + 11 days Chinese public holidays
• Life (accident) and Medical insurance
• Working Visa, Residence permits, Foreign expert permit
