To guarantee the BPS implementation and continuous improvement process by using BPS method and tools, in order to improve productivity, efficiency and quality performance, according to the plans scheduled by the Plant Management and the methodologies and guidelines provided by the Manufacturing, Quality and Environment Dept.
1) Ensures the correct organization and application of continuous improvement and optimization activities, within the Plant of his responsibility, according to the standards and methodologies planned by the Optimization and Continuous Improvement Manager;
2) Guarantees the optimization of manufacturing processes through the use of principles and methodologies of self-quality, just-in time, kaizen, six sigma, lean manufacturing etc., planning the more appropriate instruments;
3) Cooperates with the Process Engineering, Plant Managers and Corporate Optimization with the aim of: developing instruments to support processes, guidelines, procedures; assessing the required requirements for the implementation of new technologies; identifying improvement area;
4) Ensures the effective and efficient organization and implementation of optimization plans;
5) Guarantees, supported by the specialists, that the instruments for processes analysis (Six Sigma, Hoshin, SMED, Kanban, TPM etc.) are applied through the operational coordination and training of workers involved in the cross-functional teams;
6) Ensures the monitoring and analysis of the performance indicators;
7) Ensures developing, implementing and updating of the process documentations, reporting sheets and communication instruments, supporting product lifecycle and optimization projects;
8) Cooperates, with the Plant Logistics Manager, to the elaboration of the Industrial Budget.

1) Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering
2) Above 5 years’ experience within continuous improvement or lean manufacturing, maintenance, quality, optimization areas
3) Good English capacity both in oral and writing
4) Strong communication and influence skills
