Country Garden’s “Future Leaders” Program, an elite management trainee program, for Masters and Ph.Ds who have passion for real estate development. By implementing systematic training and designing personalized development plan, we aim to help “Future Leaders” realize their management potential, and become senior managers in the shortest time. For foreigners, we delicately design Chinese lessons, and find one-to-one buddy to help them adapt to the life in China. In addition, a competitive global pay will be offered.
Qualifications:
1.Nationality: China, Russia, India, Thailand, America,etc.(Foreigners should have good Chinese expression ability)
2.Degree: Ph.D preferred
3.Majors:
Real estate related majors: engineering management, architecture, civil engineering, structure, urban planning, water and electricity, transportation, geotechnical engineering, hydraulic engineering, etc.
Financial Related Majors: economics, accounting, tax, finance, finance, actuarial, insurance, etc.
Marketing Related Majors: Marketing, Chinese, Business Management, etc.
Other majors: Law, statistics, information interconnection, management, construction materials, new materials, etc.
4.Skills: Strong inter-personal communication skills, hardworking, team management skills, and professional competency in real estate areas
5.Others: working experience preferred
