About Shanghai Tongzhou Model School:
Shanghai Tongzhou Model School was founded in 1998. It consists of a primary school section, a junior middle school section and a senior high school section. The school has two campuses, ,covering a total of 40,020m2. The west campus is located at No. 1, Lane 1050, Lingnan Road and the east campus is located at No. 188, East Gongkang Road. The school has 48 classes, 2000 students and 200 faculty and staff members. The honorary principal, Ms Pan Duo, is a deputy to the National People’s Congress and also a famous mountaineer. The general principal and school founder, Mr. Cheng Biao, is a deputy to the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of Shanghai. He has been honored as one of the top 10 Innovative Principals of China. The principal, Mr. Xu Huimin, is an Education hero of Baoshan district and a Shanghai Master Principal. The Tongzhou Education Group members are: Tongzhou Model School(New campus), Oriental Xingzhi Piano School, Tongzhou Chess Institute, Tongzhou Fencing School, Tongzhou Handball League, Youth Rock Climbing Club of Shanghai and the Shanghai Teaching Cooperation League.

Position Information:
• Full time/ part time in-campus TEFL teacher;
• Working days: Sunday to Thursday,from 9-5 pm; Sundays, 8-3 pm ;
• Teaching primary or Middle school students, age 7 to 13;
• Nice office and campus, sophisticated teaching facilities;
• Teaching lessons in an in-campus simulated western town;
• Prepare lessons and equipment in advance for all classes;
• Be responsible for students’ progress.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Native English speaker （from USA, Canada, British, Australia, New Zealand）
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate
4. Great presentation and communication skills
5. Excellent personal skills – mature, patient, responsible with a good sense of humor and has a good rapport with children
6. More than 2 years of teaching experience
