1、know the culture background of our company、mode of business operation and information of main production
2、understand the consumption process of guest； 3、know which department will in，know that each process corresponds to the responsible departments； 4、when the guest ask for help，know how to deal with，and ask whom to solve the problem； 5、familiar with the head of all departments，and can communicate very well with them； 6、know what should do after the guest get to the restaurant ,and complete the reception by yourself; 7、familiar with the guest who usually come to our club play golf, and be aware of VIP reception program, cooperate very well to complete the reception; 8、familiar with products of restaurant, such as the price of all kinds of package and drinks, know the specials and the main products of current season, besides can also tell the features of all the products, and give suggestions when guest take order.
9、Familiar with the membership condition, can go to visit customers and sales managers, can cooperate with marketing and sales colleagues to complete the club event planning, execution, development of new customers.
