Description:
The marketing coordinator role is primarily making marketing plans to promote ourschool. The role involves external market research to ensure our school is meeting the education industry requirements. This role also requires constant communication with current and potential parents.

Responsibilities:
•Researching marketing opportunities i.e.Shanghai Pre-schools’ exhibitions; educational affairs; advertising on magazine.
•Identifying key events and proposing an appropriate marketing program.
•Creating, delivering and executing marketing events and activities.
•Managing the marketing campaign budget.
•Updating the website and all other social media channels i.e. WeChat; Facebook; other magazines for Expatriates.
•Produce graphic materials and media according to the upcoming events.
•Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree
•English speaker with excellent English written skills.
•Creative and innovative
•Good attention to detail
•Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
•Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
•Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office; Photoshop; Gimp or other graphic design software
•Minimum 2 years marketing experience within a school environment.
•Good project management skills
