New Oriental Education & Technology Group seeks Product Designer to design American Literacy Arts curriculum for Chinese youngsters Grade 7-9. The US secondary school textbook Collections ©2015 will be used. The purposes of this curriculum are: to spark those young students’ passion for reading, to improve their reading skills, and to prepare them for their upcoming academic lives in the US. A Chinese teacher will work with this product designer to design and to localize the curriculum. Teaching is not included in this job, yet part-time teaching opportunities can be offered on request.
Employment Details:
-Work Location: New Oriental North Tower #6 Haidian Zhong St, Zhongquancun area, Haidian District
-Start date: Positions available immediately
-Working hours: Mon-Fri; 9:00am-6:00pm
Requirements:
-A native English speaker from America or Canada is required.
-A Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, Education or in related fields is required.
-Minimum of 2 years post bachelor's work experience required
-Previous study and experience in an American private high school is desirable.
-Strong researching and learning ability is required.
-Teaching experience in American or Canadian secondary schools is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
-Monthly salary: 18000 to 20000rmb gross (negotiable)
-Contract: min. 12 months
-Working documents(Z visa): sponsored and compensated for

-Airfare: Up to 10,000rmb airfare allowance per year.
