Qualifications:
Native Speaker of English;
Bachelor degree or above (English/education/linguistics majors are preferred);
At least one year teaching experience for students over 12 years old;
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate is a must;
Being able to deliver well planned and effective lesson to students from different proficiency levels;
Strong organization and communication skills, initiative, attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Job Description:
Classroom management;
Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes;
Marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work;
Devising, writing and producing new materials, including audio and visual resources;
Attending and contributing to training sessions;
Participating in marketing events for the school;
Preparing information for inspection visits and other quality assurance exercises;
Freelance teaching on a one-to-one basis;
An attractive package that includes:
Salary （10,000---25,000 RMB per month）;
Travel allowance（10000+ RMB per year）;
Health insurance;
Work visa is offered for this position；
90 working hours/month.
